We are looking for a NurtureProgram Support Worker to join our team! 


AreComing-to-terms-with-what-has-happened.jpg you motivated and passionate about providing support to other miracle families through your own personal experience of having your baby in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Special Care Nursery (SCN).

Supporting Miracle Babies Foundation’s essential support programs, NurtureTime and NurtureGroup, our NurtureProgram Support Worker will improve engagement between the Foundation’s internal and external stakeholders. Increasing NICU and SCN parents connection to  local services, resulting in better, healthier outcomes for families with premature or sick newborns.

This will be achieved by conducting the Foundation’s NurtureTime program along with the volunteer team; providing peer support, guidance and hope within the premises of the approved hospital, for families that have babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Special Care Nursery (SCN).
Additionally, the NurtureProgram Support Worker will be responsible for the coordination of NurtureGroup, including liaising with parents and other stakeholders. Supporting parents and Volunteers assisting at NurtureGroup so that our continued commitment to provide the highest standard of care in peer to peer parent support for families of premature and sick newborns to families discharged from hospital.
