Miracle Babies provides wonderful support to our families and has become very much part of our routine care in the NICU. We hope to maintain a long and healthy relationship with them and I know the babies, families and staff all benefit from our working in partnership together".

Dr Paul Craven, Director of Newborn Services John Hunter Children's Hospital

“Parents of children compromised at birth – especially from prematurity but from a range of other early life difficulties – can find it uncomfortable and even quite challenging, to attend regular community parenting meetings and children’s playgroups when they first take their babies home.  “There is good evidence that not only specialised developmental help for their babies is beneficial, but also the support and ideas from other parents who have had similar experiences. There is only so much that can be done by hospital based programs. Community based support groups are very valuable to help families gain confidence and move on. NurtureGroup provides that important extra assist".

Associate Professor Ross Haslam, Director of Neonatal Medicine at the Women's & Children's Hospital

"Dear Jenni & Lilly, We can not thank you enough for coming all the way from Rockingham, particularly in this heat, to talk to the graduate midwives today! When asked what they enjoyed most about the program they all stated "Jenni from Miracle Babies". I hope we may call on you again in the future Jenni as I believe as midwives when can learn a lot from hearing about mother's personal experiences. A big thank you to little Lilly for the 'playtime' and making my day a very special one"
