Tommee Tippee supporting grieving families

Tommee Tippee collecting blankets for grieving parents, supporting Miracle Babies Foundation

ATT MELBOURNE RESIDENTS - DO YOU KNIT OR SEW?

Every year, 48,000 babies are born premature or critically ill and sadly, up to 1,000 babies lose their fight for life.

Thankfully today, due to medical advances, the survival rates for premature and sick newborns continues to improve. Sadly though, there are still too many families who deal with the grief of losing their baby at birth, or in their first few days/weeks of life.

With a mission to support families who have had a premature or sick newborn, and offer vital emotional support at this time, Miracle Babies Foundation offers solace to families who are grieving a loss by providing a beautiful keepsake Memory Box.

Within these boxes are handsewn/knitted identical blankets. To be able to offer these Memory Boxes to all families in need, we are desperately asking for more blankets to be sewn and knitted by the community for inclusion.

Can you help?

To help us out, and as a supporter of  Miracle Babies FoundationTommee Tippee is proudly hosting a collection day at their Head Office in Melbourne on 23rd May, 2019.

Miracle Babies requires two matching blankets per box, these blankets can be dropped off on the Collection Day 23rd May at:

Tommee Tippee Head Office

20/15 Ricketts Rd, Mt Waverley

VIC 3149

Between 9am – 5pm

Tommee Tippee will then handle the postage of all of the items and send them directly to us here at Miracle Babies, to pack into the Memory Boxes.

Please help if you can.
