Miracle Mum, Chloe shares Adena's story.

"Adena was born at 23 weeks along with her twin brother, who sadly passed away on day 4.

I remember being terrified of having another prem baby and losing them both. I felt so alone, but the staff at the Royal Hobart Hospital were always there for me and made every moment special.

Every milestone we hit - we celebrated. However, it felt like everyone was leaving but we were stuck there; little did I know we were next. NICU made me the mum I am today and I will forever tell our story.

My beautiful girl is now a healthy 4-month-old."
