Charli's Story, 25 Weeks
Miracle Mum, Candra shares her daughter Charli's story.
"After the loss of two babies before 12 weeks, and IVF, we finally made it past 12 Weeks. We were so over the moon. Little did we know our tiny tot had other ideas. From enjoying my pregnancy to being on bed rest from 20 weeks.
We weren't sure if I could make it past the ‘safe point '. On 25th January at 7:50 via emergency section, our beautiful little girl Charli Vivian made her entrance into the world. Jake and I were over the moon she made it here safely, the whole 830 grams of her tiny body.
It was a long road - thanks to the amazing team at King Edward. I’m so grateful for the passionate nurses answering all my calls and spending extra time talking to me and explaining everything to us.
We are also very grateful and proud to have Charli in our lives; she is a fighter and lives up to her name 'little beauty’."
