Georgia was born at 32+6, after I was diagnosed with Pre-eclampsia and HELLP syndrome.  Georgia was transferred to King Eddie’s NICU only a few days old. Georgia spent a couple of weeks in King Eddie’s and I got my first cuddle at five days old. Georgia showed how much strength she had and was transferred closer to home after a couple of weeks. We were home when Georgia was almost 37 weeks. Georgia is now 7, doing amazing, keeping up with her peers and nearly taller than me! Thank you to all the amazing staff at the three hospitals both Georgia and I were at. I’ll be forever grateful.
