Hazel, 24 Weeks
Miracle Mum Kaleesha shares Hazel's story:
"My waters broke at 21 weeks and I thought it would be the end of my pregnancy.
We were prepared for the worst.
Hazel stayed in for another 3 weeks and was born at 24+3 due to PPROM. She spent 127 days in the NICU and they were the hardest days of our lives.
Our little miracle girl fought hard and strong each day. Although we have had lots of setbacks we have also had lots of beautiful memories and milestones.
She truly is a miracle baby who is now 1."
