Ben Sladic

Ben is a senior executive in the Australian Public Service. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer at the Commonwealth Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.

Ben is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ben lives in Canberra with his wife, two sons and a daughter. Ben is a bereaved parent, having lost a son and daughter prematurely following the birth of his first child. This included his daughter surviving for 5 weeks in the NICU at Canberra Hospital.

Ben joined the Board in late 2024.
