Miracle Babies Foundation NurtureLine is a free family peer support helpline caring for families with a high risk pregnancy, the hospital journey with a baby in a neonatal unit, the transition to home and onwards to adulthood.

NurtureLine is available 7 days a week and is answered by our friendly staff and volunteers. Our NurtureProgram team members are all approved and trained and also have their own neonatal experience, being able to support with understanding and empathy by having their own personal lived neonatal experience.

Extended family and friends are also able to gain support from the friendly and caring NurtureProgram team members and our support is also available for bereaved families. 

NurtureProgram team members are able to listen, share, understand and support families as they too have experienced the guilt, fear, anxiety and isolation of having a baby challenged by prematurity or sickness. 

Miracle Babies works to connect families with similar experiences, either by gestation, hospital, state, condition, surgery and ongoing issues where available. Our work is committed to ‘improve, support and enhance all lives impacted by a premature or sick birth’.
