Mental Health

Nurture E Information Hub

Adults have a better understanding of what emotions are and will be able to discuss how they are feeling with others.  Developing friendships and control is a vital part of emotional growth and during adulthood, social interaction and mental health wellbeing is increasingly important.

Your mental health and of those around you is something that we should all be aware of.  Identifying when we or others need help and speaking with our GP, family member, Beyond Blue or LifeLine is a good start.    Never underestimate your or others mental health, there is help put there!
