Sensory

Nurture E Information Hub

Our brains are constantly taking in information from their five senses: sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch. For some, the constant sensory activity is overwhelming and difficult to cope with. Adults who experience sensory difficulties may be now more aware of their sensory needs and have a sensory diet in place to use as needed.

As life changes and new experiences are had in adulthood, you can still gain support and therapy for your sensory needs as an adult through an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and Dietitian.
