Emily Pavone

Emily joined our team in 2024 because of her personal experience with her daughter, Frankie.

Emily was induced at 39 weeks as it was found out early on in her pregnancy that Frankie had Cat’s Eye Syndrome ‘CES’.

She didn't get much time with her daughter before she was wheeled off to the NICU. She describes the experience as 'tricky and hard' as she gave birth during COVID times.

"I absolutely love my job! Hearing parents' stories, being able to provide them with support & walking away seeing them with a smile is something I truly cherish. I would have thrived for support like that that Miracle Babies provides in hospital. "- Emily said.
